A good customer service. Unbelievable the food was delicious spacious room brillient expereince

Politeness of staff, clean room, hassle free and peaceful stay

Price could have been lower. Fabexpress Ivy Inn is a budget hotel, provides good service, but it's rates are slowly creeping up. If it exceeds a certain threshold, I will choose from similar options

The location is very good, and staff was very helpful

The place had no light absolutely, no windows. Smelled weird, no roomfreshners.

Property is clean and hygiene

Location - very small parking Food quality average. (Not using good cooking oil)Bad experience when hotel denied my complimentary breakfast that was included in booking and I have paid for it. It’s tooling more than day to solve issue after calling customer care - couple of times.

Room was stinky

Bed was not comfortable. Room was not clean. Washroom was untidy. Faucets were in poor state

Breakfast was great. Meal timings are little restricted, otherwise quality of food they make is pretty good. Laundry facility is available and price is not cheap but not exorbitant. Overall a good long stay of 10 days.

Worst

Room was not provided even after prepayment, they refused at 11:45 p.m by saying we don't allow unmarried couples. Why you don't disclosed same on your website

They don't take couples in the hotel but while booking they are taking the reservation and payment, quite weird

Everything looks good, clean room, good food, good staf

1. Location was in good neighbourhood.2. Nicely behaved and friendly staff3. Breakfast was good

No sign board in the front

Owner refused the check in.... he said a new booking is done in another hotel but it was not true. Had to find by myself a hebergement and the worst is they have not given back the advanced payment ?

It's a small little place in a very good location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Connectivity is nice. Good enough for its cost.

The building was a little old and could have been better maintained. The drawers and furniture were collecting dust in them. Cobwebs in the bathroom. TV was not functional and some basic amenities could have been provided, e.g. slippers.

location fine, bigger room and have clean bathroom.
